Ultra 5
The Ultra 5 is an entry-level desktop workstation. This machine supports a 400MHz UltraSparc IIi processor and up to 1 gigabyte of memory.
Ultra 10
The Ultra 10 is an entry-level deskside workstation. This machine supports a 440MHz UltraSparc IIi processor and up to 1 gigabyte of memory.
Sun Blade 100
The Sun Blade 100 Workstation provides a 500-MHz UltraSPARC IIe processor, 2 GB maximum memory, two graphics card options, and four monitor options.
Sun Blade 150
The Sun Blade 150 workstation offers higher performance and more capabilities than previous Sun workstations. The replacement for the Sun Blade 100, this 64-bit workstation comes with either a 550 MHz or 650 MHz UltraSPARC IIi CPU, up to 2 GB of RAM, and 2-D/3-D graphics options for multi-display support.

Sun Blade 1500
The Sun Blade 1500 workstation uses the 1.0 or 1.5-GHz UltraSPARC IIIi processor and offers high-performance 64-bit computing. The Sun Blade 1500 workstation is equipped with a rich set of workstation features, including support for 8 GB of DDR memory, up to two internal 80-GB Ultra ATA100 hard drives, five PCI slots, and support for high-performance graphics such as the Sun XVR-100 or Sun XVR-600 graphics accelerators.
